Adult Plan
Billed annually
- 2 professional cleanings per year
- 1 comprehensive exam + 1 limited/emergency exam per year

- Standard yearly X-rays based on frequency, and two periapical X-rays

Child Plan
Billed annually
Ages 0–13
- 2 professional cleanings per year
- 1 comprehensive exam + 1 limited/emergency exam per year
- 2 fluoride treatments per year
- Yearly bitewing (BWX) X-rays only

Perio Plan

- 2 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year
- 1 comprehensive exam + 1 limited/emergency exam per year

No. Our membership plan is not insurance — it's a direct-pay plan between you and our practice. There are no insurance companies involved, no claims to file, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums. You pay one simple fee and receive the included services plus a discount on everything else.
When does my plan start?
Your plan begins on the date of enrollment and is valid for one full year. You can use your included services at any point during that year.
Can I use the plan for my whole family?
Yes! Each family member enrolls individually. We have adult, child, and periodontal maintenance plans to accommodate different needs. Call our office to discuss the best combination for your family.
What does the 15% discount apply to?
The plan includes a 15% discount on all other dental services. Ask our team about any specific treatment questions during your visit.
Can I cancel my plan?
Plans are non-refundable once enrolled. However, you can use all included services throughout the year and receive a 15% discount on all other dental services.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes, we accept most major dental insurance plans. However, we are not in-network with Delta Dental. The membership plan is designed for patients without insurance, or as a supplement for those whose insurance doesn't fully cover their care. If you have insurance, we will help you verify your benefits before treatment.
